Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified caseload of Hawaii clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Conduct legal research related to contract and consumer law issues.
• Travel for in-court appearances as required (position based from home).
