Qualificações

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willing to handle a heavy workload
• Able to communicate with main office remotely via email/Teams

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload in Hawaii
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and review/draft agreements
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer law
• Travel for in-court appearances
