Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Hawaii (local bar).
• Experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and memoranda.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle heavy workloads.
• Excellent written and oral communication capabilities.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified caseload in Hawaii.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and review/draft agreements as needed.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract law and consumer protection issues.
• Travel for in-court appearances as required.
