Job summary

RF-SMART seeks a Sales Administrator for the Hardware Sales team in a US East remote/part-time role. You will support the hardware sales group with general administrative tasks, maintain NetSuite data quality, and help automate sales processes and reporting.

Strong MS Office skills and NetSuite CRM experience are preferred. Responsibilities include compiling reports, updating prices, coordinating with distribution partners on orders and RMAs, and assisting technical communications for services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing and sales administration required.
• Strong written communication skills are a MUST.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; minimum four years of experience.
• Able to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with NetSuite CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the hardware sales team with general administrative tasks.
• Manage and maintain NetSuite data quality.
• Collaborate with the NetSuite Administrator to automate sales processes and reporting.
• Compile reports weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Update pricing data in NetSuite and communicate order details to customers.
• Coordinate open order shipments and RMA requests with distribution partners.
• Assist the hardware team with communications to end users for services.
• Update hardware support and HPS contracts in NetSuite.
