Job summary

RF-SMART is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to troubleshoot complex issues within implementations of the RF-SMART data collection software for NetSuite ERP. The role combines technical problem solving with a broad understanding of warehouse operations, providing first-line support via phone and email.

You will learn product areas, work with developers to resolve issues, assist customers across levels, and share knowledge with the team. Travel is occasional; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of an ERP supply chain or warehouse management solution; NetSuite a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-support experience with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn product areas and develop advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Troubleshoot and liaise with development to resolve ERP software issues.
• Communicate with customers at all levels and provide product information.
• Train internal staff on ERP topics and warehouse processes.
• Respond to and document service tickets in a timely manner.
• Support may be delivered via web or phone; triage customer requests.
