Job summary

RF-SMART in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Hardware Sales Admin to support the sales team, update NetSuite data, and help automate reporting. You’ll work closely with the hardware sales group, manage pricing updates, and ensure data accuracy across CRM systems while maintaining a fast-paced, detail-oriented approach.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong written communication, four years in Microsoft Office, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent marketing and sales administrative experience required.
• Strong written communication skills are a MUST.
• Proficient in and a minimum of four (4) years of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Must work well independently, be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Enjoy challenging and fast-paced work.
• Must be creative, energetic, extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with NetSuite CRM is preferred.
• Hours will average 20+ a week.

Responsibilities

• Support the hardware sales team with general administrative tasks.
• Manage and maintain quality of NetSuite data.
• Work with internal NetSuite Administrator to better automate sales processes and reporting through NetSuite.
• Compile a variety of reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Update pricing data in NetSuite.
• Communicate with customers on order details.
• Work with our distribution partners to coordinate open order shipments and RMA requests.
• Assist the hardware technical team with communication to end users for our hardware professional services programs.
• Update hardware support and HPS Contracts in NetSuite.
