Job summary

Global Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead low-mix, low-volume production programs and complex prototype builds in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate between engineering, procurement, production and customers, driving programs from design through delivery while optimizing resources and maintaining quality, cost, and schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with low-mix, low-volume production, rapid prototyping, or complex assembly.
• Experience coordinating schedules, materials, resources, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and digital production scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of low-mix, low-volume production programs and complex prototype builds.
• Oversee programs from requirements validation through manufacturing, testing and delivery.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, production and customers; adapt to changing priorities.
