Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree.
- Experience within industrial water treatment, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Familiarity with the Gulf Coast market, particularly the Houston area.
- Demonstrated success developing customer relationships and supporting business growth initiatives.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for regional growth.
- Identify and advance new opportunities within markets and customer segments.
- Expand Solenis' presence by building relationships with prospective customers and stakeholders.
- Support introduction and adoption of innovative products, technologies, and services.
- Create annual business development plans aligned with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to understand customer priorities and develop tailored solutions.
