Job summary

Huzzle is placing a Guest Relations & Bookings Manager for a growing hospitality client. The role covers guest inquiries, reservations, and issue resolution across hotels and short-term rentals, with remote work aligned to UK business hours.

You will manage multiple booking channels, optimize pricing, monitor reviews, and coordinate with housekeeping and on-site staff while ensuring a seamless guest journey across properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, guest relations, or bookings.
• Proven experience managing hotels/B&Bs and short-term rentals.
• Advanced hands-on with Guesty and Uplisting.
• Strong understanding of OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple properties independently.
• Comfortable working fully remote with UK business hours.
• Experience with SiteMinder and dynamic pricing tools.
• Background in luxury/boutique hospitality or premium guest services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary guest contact across multiple channels.
• Manage guest requests including early check-ins and special accommodations.
• Handle guest complaints and after-hours support.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, hosts, and on-site staff.
• Monitor and respond to reviews on OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia).
• Manage reservations, calendars, and rate synchronization using Guesty and Uplisting.
• Oversee listings and inventory across OTA channels.
• Process cancellations, amendments, no-shows, and rebookings per policies.
• Prevent overbookings and allocate rooms across portfolio.
• Handle OTA disputes and guest-related chargebacks professionally.
• Support pricing optimization and occupancy management using pricing tools.
• Maintain smooth guest check-ins, turnovers, and day-to-day workflows.
• Maintain guest records, reports, and documentation.
• Improve SOPs and automated guest messaging workflows.
• Assist with system optimization initiatives.
