Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Guest Relations & Bookings Manager for remote, multi-property hospitality operations across hotels and short-term rentals. You will handle inquiries, reservations, guest issues, and ensure smooth check-ins through diverse channels and booking platforms.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality, strong English, and hands-on experience with Guesty, Uplisting, and OTA platforms. You’ll work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while aligning with client hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, guest relations, or booking management.
• Experience with hotels/B&Bs and short-term rental properties.
• Hands-on experience with Guesty and Uplisting.
• Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple properties independently.
• Remote work aligning with UK business hours.
• Familiar with OTA platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia.
• Experience with SiteMinder and pricing tools.
• Hospitality automation and workflow optimization.
• Background in luxury/boutique hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary guest contact across channels for inquiries and reservations.
• Manage requests like early check-ins, special accommodations, access support.
• Handle complaints and urgent issues professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, hosts, and on-site staff.
• Monitor guest reviews on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and others.
• Manage reservations, calendars, and rate synchronization using Guesty and Uplisting.
• Oversee listings and inventory across platforms.
• Process cancellations and rebookings per policy.
• Prevent overbookings across the portfolio.
• Support pricing optimization and occupancy management.
