You will lead cleaners, maintenance, and vendors, manage guest communications, and develop SOPs while driving scalable solutions and KPI improvements. Flexible to work with international teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in short-term rental, hospitality, or property management operations.
• Proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties.
• Strong written and verbal communication with guests and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and own responsibilities end-to-end.
• Familiarity with PMS platforms, such as Guesty.
• Experience using collaboration tools like Slack/Notion/Asana.
• Exposure to dynamic pricing tools like PriceLabs.
• Knowledge of revenue management concepts in hospitality.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily operations across a portfolio of short-term rental properties.
• Oversee cleaners, maintenance staff, and third-party vendors.
• Handle guest communication with rapid response times (<5 minutes during active hours).
• Resolve guest issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate turnovers, inspections, and readiness of properties.
• Develop and improve SOPs and operational systems.
• Monitor KPIs including guest satisfaction (target 4.8+).
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure properties stay operational and guest-ready at all times.
