Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to support guests across phones, email, chat, social media and other digital channels, serving as the voice of our brand and delivering memorable experiences that build loyalty.

The role is fully remote and requires weekend availability. A high school diploma is required with at least 1 year of guest service experience; proficiency with CRM/booking systems and Zendesk is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year guest service experience in a call center, hospitality/restaurant or corporate setting; or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient with multiple systems and web applications; able to navigate CRM and booking tools.
• Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills; receptive to coaching and feedback; goal-oriented in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume guest communications across all channels and personalize interactions to create memorable experiences.
• Handle online reservations, group events, adjustments, cancellations, and refunds accurately.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through recommendations and upsells.
• Coordinate with on-site operations to deliver a seamless guest experience across brands.
• Provide guests with support regarding retail transactions, promotions, season passes, gift cards, rainchecks, leagues, etc.
