Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a Guest Communication Specialist to manage all guest interactions across multiple platforms from reservation to post-stay. You will resolve issues efficiently and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations for short-term rentals.

The role emphasizes excellent English communication, problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple conversations in a fast-paced, remote environment. Remote work with US business hours is supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, guest communications or short-term rental ops.
• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or similar OTAs.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to manage multiple conversations and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication before, during, and after stays via phone, email, SMS, and messaging platforms.
• Respond promptly to inquiries across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other booking platforms.
• Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and provide accurate arrival instructions.
• Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations to ensure guest-ready properties.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews.
• Maintain records of guest interactions and reservation details.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and ensure resolution.
• Support day-to-day operations to enhance guest experience.
