Job summary

Lemonjuice Capital & Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable Guest Experience Specialist and Reservations Manager to lead our Guest Experience team in the CoolVacay department. This full-time, salaried role is fully remote and requires availability across US time zones, with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

You will process guest requests, manage peak-season call volume, coordinate OTA platform communications (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Hospitable, Guesty), ensure rate integrity,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a guest experience or reservations team.
• Proven ability to manage peak-season call intake and revenue-related tasks.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large call intake volume during peak seasons.
• Process quotes, payments, refunds; ensure rate integrity.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Oversee reservations modifications and cancellations.
• Monitor booking pace, trends, and provide weekly reports.
• Collaborate with OTAs to resolve disputes and maximize earnings.
