The role involves researching accommodations, activities, transportation, coordinating reservations, providing confirmations and updates, reviewing details for accuracy, handling special requests, keeping organized client records, and addressing client

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable researching information online.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Comfortable using email and digital platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or guest-service experience is helpful but not required.
