Job summary

Autodesk in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Go-to-Market Transformation to lead GTM programs end-to-end, translating objectives into integrated plans, milestones, and governance that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data to align plans, surface tradeoffs, resolve blockers, and deliver executive-ready updates and post-launch readiness.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience including 2+ years leading cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience designing and executing integrated program plans with dependencies across functions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and convert objectives into clear plans and next steps.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, or related GTM teams.
  • Experience facilitating decisions, documenting tradeoffs, and presenting materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
  • Experience using PMO tools, trackers, dashboards to maintain a trusted truth source.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM transformation and growth programs from planning through execution, launch readiness, and stabilization.
  • Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, owners, and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and manage governance, cadence, and stakeholder forums for visibility and momentum.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data to align plans and resolve blockers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by connecting the right people to move work forward.
  • Frame decisions with options and implications to enable timely leadership decisions.
  • Identify risks and dependencies; propose mitigation options and escalate when needed.
  • Create executive-ready updates, dashboards, and summaries of progress and decisions.
  • Design change, enablement, readiness, and adoption plans within programs.
  • Ensure launch-to-run readiness with ownership, support needs, hyper-care, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Apply PMO standards and contribute improvements based on learnings.
  • Lead workstreams or small teams and provide coaching when appropriate.
