Job summary

Unframe is seeking a GTM Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale our GTM teams across the US. You will own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles, build proactive sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, interview processes, and hiring plans.

Proven ability to hire for sales/GTMe roles across the US.
Strong sourcing skills with passive candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the US.
Build strong sourcing strategies and proactively engage high-quality passive candidates.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes and hiring plans.
Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through offer stage.
Act as an excellent ambassador for Unframe, clearly communicating our mission, culture and opportunity to candidates.
Bring structure, pace and organisation to the hiring process in a fast-moving scaling environment.
