Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We are looking for a GTM Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our GTM teams across the US, with a remote-friendly posture.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the US, build sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and represent Unframe’s mission to candidates in a fast-moving scaling environment.

Qualifications

• Strong GTM recruitment experience with proven sales hiring results.
• Experience recruiting across the US.
• Excellent sourcing skills to identify, engage and convert passive talent.
• Strong hiring manager management and collaboration.
• Highly organized, proactive, able to manage multiple roles in a fast-growing environment.
• Hands-on recruiter who can start day one in a scaling AI company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the US.
• Build sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes and hiring plans.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through offer stage.
• Act as an excellent ambassador for Unframe, clearly communicating our mission, culture and opportunity to candidates.
• Bring structure, pace and organisation to the hiring process in a fast-moving scaling environment.
