Deel is seeking a GTM Strategy & Ops Manager to lead operational processes for launching and scaling Deel’s services in new countries. You will optimize workflows and deliver exceptional experiences for clients managing international talent.

The role drives efficiency and scalability as Deel expands its global reach. You will shape expansion programs, partner with product and engineering, and influence strategic goals with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fast growth startup, BizOps in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Execute Deel's global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets.
• End-to-end project management on top business priorities including scoping projects and cross-functional implementation.
• Create data-driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets.
• Problem solving and solution implementation.
• Design and improve processes, especially for operations at scale.
• Work with product and development teams to drive high-impact improvements.
• Support strategic goal setting and performance management.
• Create and maintain workflows and organizational tools.
