Job description

Job Title: GTM Engineer (Marketing / Sales Operations)

Location: Remote, Pan-India

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST)

Openings: 1

This role is:
  • An extension of the GTM teams, embedded in how they work day-to-day
  • A builder who instruments the funnel, spots what is and isn't working, and acts on it
  • The owner of the GTM tech stack and the systems of record beneath it
  • Commercially minded: every build is judged by whether it moves a metric
  • AI-native: automation and AI are default tools, not afterthoughts
This role is not:
  • A data-entry or data-cleanup function
  • A pure reporting or dashboard-maintenance function
  • A ticket‑taking admin who waits for requirements
  • A strategist who hands specs to someone else to build
Key Responsibilities
GTM instrumentation and improvement
  • Continuously review what is working and what is not across the funnel, alongside sales, marketing, and CS
  • Instrument the GTM motion end to end so every stage is measurable and every metric is trustworthy
  • Identify the levers that move pipeline and conversion, then build the automation and process changes that pull them
  • Design and run experiments on outreach, routing, enrichment, and qualification, and measure impact on pipeline velocity, not activity
  • Turn signals (intent, engagement, behavior) into action inside the GTM stack
Systems ownership and governance
  • Own Salesforce and HubSpot as systems of record: field architecture, validation rules, flows, routing logic and permissions
  • Own the wider GTM stack, including enrichment, sequencing, routing, intent and reporting tools
  • Maintain data integrity, deduplication, and governance so teams can trust their metrics
  • Build and maintain enrichment workflows that give reps context and coverage before they engage
Pipeline and revenue intelligence
  • Build the reporting and analysis that shows leadership what is actually moving the number
  • Surface funnel leaks, stalled pipeline and attribution gaps, and drive the fixes
  • Support forecasting hygiene and pipeline governance across GTM teams
Cross-functional enablement
  • Partner directly with sales, marketing and CS to improve how each team generates and converts pipeline
  • Drive adoption of what you build through utility, not mandate
  • Coordinate with the RevOps function on shared systems and standards
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a closely related builder role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ownership of GTM systems, not just usage of them
  • A track record of work that moved a pipeline or conversion metric, with the ability to explain how
  • Hands‑on Salesforce skills: able to independently build flows, validation rules, routing logic and field architecture without a separate admin
  • HubSpot fluency, including workflows and the marketing‑to‑sales handoff
  • Working knowledge of the GTM stack: enrichment (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, SalesIntel, Lusha), sequencing, routing and intent tools
  • Comfort with data: SQL or equivalent, and the ability to turn messy data into a trustworthy metric
  • AI‑native: uses AI tools in production to build, automate and accelerate, and can judge when AI is the right tool versus a simple flow or formula
  • Clear, concise communication, able to work in real time with US‑based GTM teams
  • An ownership mindset: proactive, accountable and comfortable driving change without waiting for instruction
Good to Have
  • Experience building signal‑to‑action pipelines (intent or behavior triggering automated GTM motion)
  • Forecasting, revenue intelligence or executive reporting experience
  • CS or post‑sales operations exposure (renewals, health scoring, expansion)
  • Experience as the first or sole GTM engineering or RevOps hire on a team

Reporting: Revenue Ops Lead, or as assigned by management
