Ethos is seeking a GTM Operations Manager with 3+ years at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company to train AI models on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and data-driven exhibits.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week, or more if desired). Start date is ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a GTM Operations Manager at a top high‑growth B2B or SaaS company.
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data‑driven exhibit design, and client‑ready deck production.
• Support training of language models with presentation-focused tasks and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to improve deck quality and turnaround times.
