Job summary

Elite-Talent is seeking a Product Marketing & GTM Lead for a fast-growing cybersecurity company, focusing on agentic access control and identity security. This hands-on IC role involves shaping positioning, messaging, and launches while collaborating with executives and product teams to generate pipeline across the funnel.

The role demands 6–8+ years in product/content marketing or security GTM, strong technical aptitude, and a track record of driving revenue outcomes in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or security GTM roles.
• Background in cybersecurity or cloud-native platforms (IAM, PAM, CIEM, CSPM, DevOps tools).
• Strong technical ability to explain complex security concepts clearly.
• Proven experience owning positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning, messaging, and persona-based narratives across the full funnel.
• Become the subject matter expert for agentic access control and agentic identity security across the company.
• Translate complex security concepts into clear, differentiated buyer messaging.
• Lead product launches including messaging, assets, demos, and activation.
• Build sales enablement assets such as decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and talk tracks.
• Own launch management, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis.
• Raise our positioning, documentation, and storytelling to a standard the category has not seen yet.
• Work directly with our CEO, CTO, Head of Product, product managers, and go-to-market leaders.
• Shape thought leadership and category narrative for customers, analysts, and the market.
