Job summary

Sprout Social is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to support GTM finance. You will partner with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships to develop robust GTM reporting, build and maintain P&L models, and lead end-to-end monthly and quarterly reporting.

You’ll influence pricing decisions, forecast accuracy, and data-driven strategy in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will leverage Pigment, Salesforce, and Tableau to deliver actionable insights, while collaborating across Finance to ensure

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue/GTM finance, or sales finance
• Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills with the ability to build and maintain complex, scalable models
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of GTM reporting and analysis processes, partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships leaders
• Serve as the primary finance partner to GTM leadership, delivering insights that drive pipeline, pricing, and revenue decisions
• Build and maintain GTM reporting using Pigment, Salesforce, and Tableau
• Own the GTM P&L, plan, and forecast methodology and its integration into the company model
• Lead monthly and quarterly GTM reporting end to end, including budget vs actuals and variance analysis
• Build what-if financial models for pricing, packaging, and ad-hoc requests
• Partner with Revenue Ops and Partnerships on scalable data solutions for GTM planning
• Own the end-to-end GTM financial model (bookings, ARR, pipeline, quota, sales comp design)
