Job summary

Clutch is seeking an FP&A Analyst to serve as the financial partner to our Go-to-Market organization. You will own the GTM models and reporting that connect pipeline, bookings, and spend to revenue and profitability targets.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance and GTM leadership, translating operational metrics into financial insight and helping the business invest smarter. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of FP&A in a SaaS environment and is comfortable partnering with Sales,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of FP&A, RevOps, or related finance roles in a SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics: ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR/GRR.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets modeling and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM financial modeling and monthly close/forecast processes.
• Build KPI dashboards and variance analyses for GTM teams.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success and provide actionable insights.
