Job summary

Sprout Social is seeking a Lead GTM FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in the United States. You will partner with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships to build and maintain GTM reporting, drive pipeline and pricing insights, and own the end-to-end GTM financial model.

Ideal candidates have 6–8+ years FP&A or revenue finance, advanced Excel, financial modeling, and hands-on experience with Pigment, Salesforce, and Tableau in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of FP&A, revenue/GTm finance, or sales finance experience
• Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills to build scalable models
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Pigment, Salesforce, and Tableau
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS company
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data across systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of GTM reporting and analysis processes with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships
• Serve as the primary finance partner to GTM leadership, delivering insights on pipeline, pricing, and revenue
• Own end-to-end GTM financial model including bookings, ARR, pipeline, and sales compensation design
• Run monthly and quarterly GTM reporting from budget to actuals, including variance analysis
• Build what-if financial models and ad-hoc analyses to inform GTM decisions
• Partner with Revenue Ops and Partnerships on scalable data solutions for GTM planning
• Mentor junior analysts and help shape GTM finance processes
• Drive opportunities to automate and enhance tools and processes
