Job summary

Luck & Leverage is leading executive search for high-growth technology US ventures, working closely with founders, CEOs and investors to secure senior GTM leadership. The role offers ownership of searches, exposure to cross-border opportunities, and a clear path toward a Partner position.

The Principal will lead retained searches for CRO, VP Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, collaborating with Partners and senior decision-makers, with fully remote US work and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering senior leadership searches in GTM or commercial functions.
• Experience with high-growth technology companies, preferably VC/PE-backed.
• Confident managing C-suite stakeholders on retained assignments.
• Ability to own end-to-end searches independently and originate new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive Searches across CRO, VP Sales, Marketing, CS and GTM leadership.
• Partner with founders, CEOs and investors on critical leadership hires.
• Manage engagements from briefing through market mapping, assessment, shortlist and placement.
• Develop client relationships and originate new mandates.
• Progress toward Partnership and contribute to US growth.
