Quantcast is seeking a Principal Recruiter to lead mid- to senior-level and executive GTM searches, partnering with hiring managers and executives. You will source, engage, and close exceptional candidates across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and related roles, leveraging a deep network in media, advertising, and tech.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, drive pipeline strategy, and maintain an exceptional candidate experience in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of recruiting experience, including 6+ years in GTM recruiting.
• Proven track record in hiring mid-to-senior level and executive roles.
• Prior recruiting agency experience.
• Strong network across media, advertising, technology, SaaS, or related industries.
• Exceptional sourcing skills identifying passive candidates.
• Proven ability to close highly sought-after candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop a deep understanding of hiring managers' needs and act as a trusted advisor for mid- to senior-level searches.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-qualityGT M talent pipelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms leveraging a broad network.
• Proactively network to maintain a continuous pipeline of top GTM talent.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing qualifications and motivations.
• Advise candidates through the offers process and close effectively.
• Develop closing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Facilitate intake, pre-brief, and debrief sessions with hiring managers.
