Job summary

Notabene is seeking a partnerships lead to build and scale our ecosystem, channel, and referral partnerships. You’ll own partner pipeline, drive measurable revenue, and coordinate with GTM, Sales, and Product to turn relationships into growth.

This 100% remote role welcomes candidates in the United States (ET) or the United Kingdom, offering autonomy and a direct impact on the crypto rails we’re building.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience driving strategic partnerships, revenue, or business development in fast-paced or tech-adjacent industries.
• History of managing the full deal lifecycle from outreach to post-launch growth.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to track performance and prove outcomes.
• Autonomous operator who thrives with autonomy and can turn unstructured ideas into scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end partnership strategy from prioritization to performance measurement.
• Build and nurture high-impact commercial relationships that expand distribution and adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to design joint go-to-market plays.
• Use performance data to evaluate partner health and guide future growth decisions.
