Job summary

SalesIntel is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and instrument the funnel across sales, marketing, and CS. You will own the GTM tech stack, ensure data integrity, and run experiments to move pipeline velocity and conversions.

You will work remotely with US-based GTM teams, leveraging enrichment and intent tools, and applying AI-native approaches to automate and accelerate revenue processes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in Revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related builder role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ownership of GTM systems, not just usage of them.
• A track record of work that moved a pipeline or conversion metric, with the ability to explain how.
• Hands-on Salesforce capability: build flows, validation rules, routing logic, and field architecture.
• HubSpot fluency, including workflows and the marketing-to-sales handoff.
• Working knowledge of the GTM stack: enrichment, sequencing, routing, and intent tools.
• Comfortable with data: SQL or equivalent, and turning messy data into a trustworthy metric.
• AI-native: uses AI tools in production to build, automate, and accelerate.
• Connects every piece of systems work to a pipeline or revenue outcome.
• Clear, concise communicator with US-based GTM teams.
• Operates as an owner: proactive and able to drive change.

Responsibilities

• GTM Instrumentation and Improvement: review funnel performance and instrument the motion end to end.
• Systems Ownership: own Salesforce and HubSpot as systems of record and the wider GTM stack.
• Pipeline and Revenue Intelligence: build reporting and surface leaks and attribution gaps.
• Cross-Functional Enablement: partner with sales, marketing, and CS to improve pipeline generation and conversion.
