InvestNext is building a connected real estate investment management platform. We are seeking a GTM Engineer to own data, systems, and processes behind our commercial engine, reporting to the CCO.

You’ll set the direction for core metrics, ensure clean data in Salesforce, and lead change management for launches that improve pipeline, cycle time, and retention. The role sits in the Commercial team with high autonomy, focusing on data integrity, tool integration, and actionable insights to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, metrics, and customer segmentation.
• Significant Salesforce experience, including reports and dashboards.
• Experience building pipeline forecasts and leadership dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define metric definitions and single source of truth in Salesforce.
• Own data quality and ensure system of record integrity.
• Design cross‑team data flows between sales, marketing, CX and finance.
• Lead data enrichment standards and manage providers.
• Build self‑serve reporting and forecasting dashboards.
• Contribute to commercial strategy with data‑driven insights.
• Champion end‑user adoption and plan launches for new tools.
• Own prioritization and intake for requests based on commercial impact.
