SalesCaptain is hiring a GTM Strategist to manage outbound strategy and client communications for international clients. This full-time, remote role follows EU hours and focuses on optimizing cold email and LinkedIn outreach.

You will craft messaging, build prospect lists from diverse data sources, and collaborate with Campaign Managers to present strategic results and updates to clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Performance/B2B Marketing, GTM, or Outbound.
• Proven ability to write and optimize cold emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience with data sources for lead generation and enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for international clients.
• Create and review messaging for outbound campaigns using AI, ICP analysis, and performance insights.
• Build and improve prospecting workflows using multiple data sources.
