Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Revenue Operations professional focused on Sales Enablement to shape how go-to-market teams learn, ramp, and excel. You will bridge product launches, pricing changes, and new sales motions with onboarding, training, and continuous learning initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and 3+ years in Sales Enablement.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a complex B2B enterprise sales motion.
• Exceptional ability to translate large volumes of complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Experience designing and running enablement, onboarding, or certification programs for a GTM team.
• Proven project management and organizational skills; balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; clarity and concision.
• Proficiency in Salesforce: build reports and dashboards and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead GTM Enablement programs including onboarding, training, and certification.
• Design onboarding and ramp programs for new sellers to reach productivity benchmarks.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product on launches to translate updates into training and content.
• Collaborate with managers and SMEs to curate engaging learning content.
• Build reporting dashboards linking enablement to GTM performance and RevOps metrics.
• Maintain LMS and learning content hubs, ensuring resources are current and accessible.
