Job summary

Phreesia is seeking a Go-To-Market Manager for its AI Demand Generation team. Remote EST or CST in the US or Canada. You will own end-to-end campaigns, coordinate with SDRs, Sales, and Product, and drive revenue through strategic, data-driven GTM initiatives.

You will craft messaging, content, and channel plans for defined account segments, while leveraging AI tools and ABM guidance to optimize performance and adoption of new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, revenue marketing, or a GTM role.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign strategy and execution across multi-channel campaigns for defined account segments.
• Lead go-to-market for new product launches and accelerate adoption and revenue.
• Create client/prospect-facing content for emails, landing pages, ad copy, and SDR talk tracks.
• Build personalized messaging across touchpoints with AI SDR platforms.
• Coordinate with Revenue Gen, SDR, Sales, and Client Success for aligned messaging and accounts.
• Partner with Marketing Ops on Marketo builds, lead routing, and Salesforce campaigns; ABM with Field Marketing.
• Track leading and lagging indicators; analyze results and drive improvements.
• Continuously sharpen campaigns by adjusting messaging and targeting using 6Sense signals.
