Scale Army Careers is seeking a GTM Marketer to own and scale our lead generation engine, including high-volume cold email campaigns, outbound prospecting, Google Ads, HubSpot automation, and AI-powered workflows. This hands-on role requires independent execution, problem-solving, and direct collaboration with the CEO and Head of Operations.

It is fully remote and aligned with U.S. business hours for client work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cold email campaigns at 100,000+ emails per month.
• Hands-on experience building prospect lists using Apollo, Clay, scraping tools, and enrichment workflows.
• Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROAS results.
• Experience building HubSpot workflows, nurture campaigns, and automated email sequences.
• Practical experience using AI tools and developing AI agents or workflow automations.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute high-volume cold email campaigns over 100,000 emails/month.
• Manage outbound email platforms and deliverability; optimize performance.
• Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, Clay, scraping tools, and enrichment workflows.
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows and lifecycle automation.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and AI agents to improve lead response times.
• Maintain dashboards, weekly reports, and performance optimization.
