Job summary

Cresta is seeking an AI Engineer (GTM) to reinvent how go-to-market works. You will design and deploy an AI-native operating system for our revenue engine, partnering with the CEO, CRO, CMO, and Rev Ops to eliminate manual work and enable smarter, data-driven account prioritization.

The role is Remote/Hybrid, targeting SF or NYC with additional US locations considered. You will work with top sales tech stacks like Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Coda to automate deal execution and improve revenue

Qualifications

Engineer who can bridge deep technical ability with GTM understanding.
Entrepreneur mindset with strong ownership and bias to build.
Comfortable writing code, using APIs, automation, data systems, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Prioritize the right accounts using AI and data; focus on high-value targets.
Eliminate manual work by automating research, prep, and CRM entry.
Automate deal execution: quoting, approvals, and document generation with AI agents.
Own and optimize the GTM system and integrate key tools into workflows.
Rethink segmentation, territories, and coverage using data and AI.
