Job summary

Oneleet seeks a GTM AI Engineer - Data & Attribution to own the data backbone of our go-to-market motion. You will integrate data from HubSpot, Dreamdata, Google Ads, LinkedIn, PostHog, and our website into BigQuery, creating a single source of truth and clear executive dashboards.

You will reconcile numbers across platforms, design scalable pipelines, and partner with sales and marketing to drive analytics-driven decisions. Remote-friendly with a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM operations, revenue operations, marketing operations, or analytics engineering at a B2B SaaS company with hands-on ownership of marketing/sales data infrastructure.
• Scientific mindset of experimentation, creating and testing hypotheses.
• Love of working on new platforms that help automate and enhance channel performance.
• Knowledge of how to simplify and act on findings.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering & pipeline ownership: Design, build, and manage our data pipeline in BigQuery, unifying data from multiple sources into one reliable source of truth.
• Attribution & tracking: Maintain deep knowledge of browsers, data flows, cookies, JavaScript, and GTM; investigate discrepancies and explain them to stakeholders.
• Dreamdata & Revenue Attribution: Configure and refine Dreamdata to model the full prospect journey and translate insights into budget decisions.
• Visualization & Reporting: Build executive dashboards (Looker/Looker Studio) showing performance by channel and provide drill-downs.
• ABM with Clay & AI: Design and run an ABM strategy using Clay to enrich and score accounts and leverage AI for personalized outreach.
