Job summary

Oneleet is a fast-growing security and compliance platform seeking a GTM Data & Attribution Engineer. You will own the data backbone from first ad click to closed-won, unifying data across HubSpot, Dreamdata, Google Ads, LinkedIn, PostHog, and the website into BigQuery.

You will build dashboards and explain discrepancies between platforms to leadership. You will thrive building pipelines from scratch, reconciling numbers, and enabling ABM with Clay and AI to sharpen outbound motions.

Qualifications

5+ years in GTM operations, revenue operations, marketing operations, or analytics engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
Hands-on ownership of marketing/sales data infrastructure.
Strong SQL and pipelines experience in a data warehouse.
Experience with hub data and attribution platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage data pipeline in BigQuery from multiple sources.
Maintain browser and tracking knowledge; explain discrepancies to stakeholders.
Configure Dreamdata to model full prospect journey and translate insights into decisions.
Create executive dashboards showing channel performance and revenue attribution.
Develop ABM strategies using Clay and AI for scale messaging.
