Cresta is seeking an AI Engineer (GTM) to rebuild how go-to-market works. You will work with the CEO, CRO, CMO, and Rev Ops leadership to design an AI-native operating system for our revenue engine, prioritizing accounts and automating workflows.

You will integrate Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Centralize, Slack, Glean, and Coda, building scalable systems inside existing processes. This role emphasizes ownership, fast delivery, and measurable revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Experience bridging deep technical ability with GTM.
