Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking an Automation and AI Specialist - GTM for EverHealth. This role designs, builds, and deploys AI-enabled automations that boost GTM and RevOps productivity, partnering with business teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, upskilling, and governance, with a focus on secure, simple, and scalable implementations across distributed teams in the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2+ years delivering automation, low-code solutions, analytics, or AI-enabled capabilities in enterprise settings.
• Working knowledge of AI models, LLMs, prompt orchestration, and AI-driven workflow design.
• Hands-on experience building automation workflows or API integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled and automation-driven GTM workflows.
• Apply LLM capabilities to improve GTM and RevOps productivity and execution quality.
• Create reusable assets such as agent templates, prompt libraries, and reference flows.
• Implement end-to-end automations triggered by copilots/agents or business events.
• Use automation platforms to develop scalable solutions and ensure security and governance.
• Own delivery from prototype through production, including testing and handoff.
• Partner with GTM teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Deliver hands-on training and maintain documentation for deployed workflows.
