BlueTuskr is a remote-friendly, growth-focused agency seeking a Senior Growth Sales Manager to drive new business for ecommerce marketing services. You will hunt, close, and then build a sales team, earning uncapped commissions with a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of marketing services, SaaS, or related software, selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands.
• Proven hunter who closes new business rather than just managing pipeline.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and outbound platforms (Smartlead, Apollo, Outreach).
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of writing cold emails that get opened and conducting discovery calls.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and trade shows.
• Bonus: existing contacts in industrial or parts e-commerce or prior agency sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound prospecting across cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, direct mail, conferences, and trade shows
• Close inbound leads from marketing channels
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot and report on what's working
• Refine our sales playbook based on market learnings
• Own ongoing client check-ins and surface upsell opportunities
• Help build the sales department through hiring, coaching, and processes
