Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a US-based brand to hire a Performance & Growth Marketer. You will own multi‑channel paid campaigns, connect performance to business outcomes, and lead experimentation and budgeting to optimize CAC, LTV, MER, and ROAS.

This fully remote role offers exposure to high‑growth DTC/eCommerce brands, collaboration with growth strategists, and a clear path toward broader growth responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands‑on paid media experience with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Experience scaling large paid media budgets with clear commercial impact.
• In‑house or brand‑side DTC/eCommerce experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the eCommerce customer journey: acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, margins, payback).
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to commit to the role full‑time with overlap as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive profitable growth for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Develop structured testing strategies across channels, creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets with data‑driven investment decisions.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze metrics such as CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and payback periods.
• Link advertising performance to revenue, profitability, and P&L outcomes.
• Build forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support planning.
• Contribute to attribution, incrementality testing, and reporting improvements.
• Collaborate with CRO and growth teams to optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders.
• Participate in regular strategy sessions and apply structured growth frameworks.
• Take ownership of outcomes and contribute to team development.
