• Ability to measure CAC, LTV, ROAS and build marketing dashboards.

• Collaborate with content, sales, design, engineering and leadership teams.

• You will lead growth performance across paid advertising, organic search, email, social media, and partner channels.
• You will transform marketing data into actionable insights and guide investment decisions to maximize customer acquisition and ROI.
• This remote role combines analytical thinking, campaign strategy, and hands-on execution in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own performance measurement and reporting, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and marketing dashboards.
• Manage budget allocation, SEO strategy, email marketing, and B2B partner marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, sales, design, engineering, and leadership teams.
