Job summary

Jobgether SRL partner seeks a Digital Marketing Strategist in the United States to lead growth across paid, organic, email, social, and partner channels. You will transform marketing data into actionable insights, guide investment decisions, and build reporting systems that connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.

This remote role focuses on acquiring customers efficiently, optimizing ROAS and LTV, and shaping scalable growth processes with analytics-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics.
• Demonstrated ownership of marketing channel budgets and responsibility for spend recommendations.
• Experience developing CAC, LTV, and ROAS reporting that informs leadership decisions and marketing investment.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO, including site audits, indexing, site structure, and page optimization.

Responsibilities

• Performance analytics and reporting: Track acquisition performance across paid social, paid search, SEO, email, organic social, and partner placements.
• Marketing dashboards: Develop dashboards with engineering to trace the customer journey from first touch to booking and repeat usage.
• Budget and investment strategy: Recommend monthly/quarterly marketing budgets based on channel performance and benchmarks.
• Marketing spend management: Evaluate new acquisition opportunities and maintain a centralized record of spend and results.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders to guide growth decisions.
