Huzzle is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our international remote team. You will own paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more, analyzing performance to drive customer acquisition and ROI.

This role offers growth, exposure to SaaS and B2B clients, and collaboration with content, design, and sales teams. You will deliver regular insights and optimize budgets to maximize impact.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytics to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, B2B, or digital agency environments is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Track customer acquisition funnels and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
• Support lead generation, demand generation, and revenue growth initiatives.
