Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing for a fully remote U.S. role.

You will own end-to-end paid media strategy, manage an eight-figure annual budget, and partner with analytics, product, and sales to optimize the full funnel from impression to qualified lead. You will lead a small, high-ownership Growth team, drive channel expansion to new platforms, and establish measurement frameworks before scaling investments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with hands-on paid search and paid social.
• Eight-figure annual media budgets and CAC/CPA targets.
• Deep expertise with Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Experience transitioning external agencies to in-house.
• Strong forecasting and monthly spend planning.
• SQL and product analytics tools proficiency.
• AI-native approach with Claude usage.
• Senior IC in a small, high-ownership team.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media channel mix and budget allocation.
• Monitor qualified-lead delivery and forecast performance.
• Manage monthly spend and adjust forecasts.
• Directly run Google Ads and Meta campaigns with audiences.
• Design experiments across audiences, bidding, and creatives.
• Launch new channels and establish measurement plans.
• Develop paid creative strategy with teams.
• Improve measurement, attribution, and offline visibility.
• Partner with analytics, product, and sales to optimize funnel.
• Transition performance marketing in-house from agency.
