Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for large client programs. You will identify, develop, and scale high-impact partnerships that drive revenue growth and help clients achieve business objectives.

This fully remote role involves travel for client meetings and internal conferences. Candidates must reside in the Mexico City, Mexico, with fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
• Affiliate marketing background required; direct exposure to affiliate networks is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings and events.
• Proven ability to close larger or complex deals independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks such as Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.

Responsibilities

• Drive client revenue by optimizing top partner relationships and performance.
• Develop recruitment and paid placement plans aligned with client goals.
• Track performance and report with data-driven storytelling.
• Serve as SME across the partnership landscape and client verticals.
• Identify and recruit high-quality partners and pursue complex opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and manage top partner relationships to optimize ROI.
• Align partner strategy with client goals and pivot as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and mentor peers on best practices.
