Job summary

Acceleration Partners LLC is seeking a Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for complex client programs. This 100% remote role requires residency in Mexico City and fluency in Portuguese, with a focus on identifying scalable partnerships that boost revenue and value for clients.

You will manage recruitment, activation, and optimization across client programs, build data-grounded pitches, and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of partnership or channel marketing experience with affiliate marketing background.
• Track record of meeting revenue targets and self-generating new business.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
