Cardwell Beach is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new conversations and opportunities from a fully remote setup. You’ll research target industries, reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn, and schedule discovery meetings for leadership.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organization, self-motivation, and relationship-building skills, capable of managing their own schedule with persistence.

• Schedule discovery meetings for our leadership team.
• Build and maintain relationships through thoughtful follow-up.
• Track outreach activity and notes inside our CRM.
• Collaborate with our internal team on outreach strategies and growth ideas.
• Help generate referrals, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
• Stay organized and consistent with communication efforts.
