Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, outbound outreach, or lead generation.
• 3+ years of proven experience in an administrative or customer support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the major aspects of the referral and affiliate programs, ensuring smooth operations, high engagement, participation and partner satisfaction.
• Track and manage referral data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely commission payouts.
• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with affiliates and referrers
• Suggest improvements for the programs and its processes
• Support the expansion of referral and affiliate programs into new markets and verticals.
• Maintain consistent engagement with program members to identify potential lead-generation opportunities.
