Job summary

In Tandem is seeking an Operations Lead, Strategic Growth Initiatives, to bring structure to ambiguity and align cross-functional teams. You will drive high-priority growth initiatives from idea to execution, leveraging AI to speed research, planning, and workflows.

You will report to the VP of Operations and partner across Product, GTM, Finance, Legal, and leadership. You will translate company goals into operating frameworks, manage executive cadence, and develop dashboards and launch plans

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, growth, or related high-ownership roles.
Mix of strategy training and operating experience inside a company is ideal.
Experience in SaaS or tech-enabled businesses and cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to drive product launches, GTM initiatives, partnerships, or growth projects.
Comfort with AI tools to accelerate research, planning, and execution.
Nice to have collaboration with Product/Engineering; partnerships/BD; dashboards and exec reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead executive cadence and governance including leadership meetings and reviews.
Translate company goals into OKRs and KPIs, surface risks, drive follow-through.
Evaluate partnerships and BD opportunities with market sizing and diligence.
Steer cross-functional strategic projects from analysis to execution.
Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate research, planning, and workflows.
Create repeatable playbooks, dashboards, and operating metrics as the company scales.
